Since 2014 we have taken the firmly held view that positive change happens through long term commitment. Our team of passionate, committed and truly interdisciplinary practitioners allow us to work closely with athletes and their stakeholders to best prepare for the challenges of both today and the future. Programme to Prevail encapsulates our approach to a deep, science backed human relationship with our clients and stakeholders. All working together using our experience and expertise to reach shared goals.
For this reason, we have kept our high quality team focussed and close knit, and are selective about the clients we work with. We don’t see ourselves as working ‘for’ the athletes in our family. Instead, we foster an environment of partnership, mutual challenge and shared endeavour. We are highly committed to each project and person and take immense pride to the successes of many of the talented and committed athletes we have worked with over the years. We believe the service we provide, from access to unrivalled knowledge across multiple disciplines, to developing honest, open relationships with our clients stands up against the very best in the field.
Our motivation lies in helping young and aspiring athletes progress and develop, both within their sport and as human beings. Essentially, that mean striving to consistently provide the best support to each of the drivers we work with compared to others in the field. We are developing data, relationships and infrastructure to keep PAP at the forefront of human performance in motorsport, whilst truly understanding that each project and individual is unique and our support needs to tailored accordingly. We are completely focussed on that objective.
Elite sport is a resource-intensive pursuit. At PAP, we refuse to compromise on the quality of support we deliver, but we also recognise the importance of making high-level services accessible to those with the talent and commitment to succeed—wherever they are on their journey.
That’s why we’ve developed a tiered approach to our flagship 360-degree athlete support programme. This structure ensures that emerging athletes can join in a sustainable way, while still benefiting from the same evidence-based systems and expert guidance that drive long-term success.
This is our keystone training support package that we work from with all PAP athletes.
Programme to Prevail exists to provide a dedicated service built around a structured and periodised plan that brings together the essential elements of physical performance and long-term development. The framework ensures that training, nutrition, and recovery are consistently coordinated, enabling drivers to perform and progress wherever they are in the world.

Physiological assessments in motorsport are often adapted from other sports, completed across multiple locations, or conducted by different practitioners using different equipment. This leads to fragmented data that is hard to compare, inconsistent in quality, and less relevant to the specific demands of driving.
Our approach is different. All assessments are delivered through a standardised process, quality assured using the same equipment and the same practitioners each time. Results are stored in a single system, enabling us to build reliable longitudinal profiles of each driver. Over time, this allows us to track progression with confidence and to identify when development is on, ahead, or behind the expected trajectory.
Motorsport is changing. More and more female athletes are breaking through historical barriers and entering the sport.
Research and development to support female athlete is finally happening across sport. Alongside this overdue revolution, PAP is proud to be at the forefront of developing motorsport-specific protocols and practices specifically designed for the female driver-athlete.
